【授课教师简介】

Subodha KumarPOMS 执委会副主席,POM 执行主编):坦普尔大学福克斯商学院供应链、市场营销、信息系统和统计科学的Paul R.Anderson杰出主席教授。Kumar教授还担任福克斯学院数据分析中心主任。在德克萨斯农工大学梅斯商学院担任教授职务后来到福克斯商学院。他曾在华盛顿大学任职。在印度海得拉巴的印度商学院担任客座教授。此外,他还是北卡罗来纳大学夏洛特分校研究生院副院士。 其《信息系统研究》(Information Systems Research)一书的出版量位居全球第一。此外,他还拥有机器人技术专利,是《生产与运营管理杂志》的副主编和《管理与商业评论》(MBR)的创始执行编辑,曾担任2018POMS年会和2018年决策科学研究所(DSI)年会的会议主席。 

庄峻:Morton C. Frank Professor,研究生课程主任,工程与应用科学学院(SEAS)工业与系统工程系决策、风险与数据实验室主任  布法罗大学(UB)、纽约州立大学(SUNY)。庄教授2008年获得威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校工业工程博士学位。长期研究目标是整合运筹学、大数据分析、博弈论和决策分析,以改善自然灾害和人为灾害的缓解、准备、响应和恢复。其他感兴趣的领域包括医疗保健、体育、运输、供应链管理、可持续性和建筑应用。庄博士是美国国家科学基金会(NSF)、美国国土安全部(DHS)、美国能源部、美国空军科学研究办公室(AFOSR)和国家消防协会资助的30多项研究资助的首席研究员。 

洪流教授:复旦大学大数据学院副院长、管理学院管理科学系系主任。 2004 年在美国西北大学获得博士学位。20042014年在香港科技大学工作,历任助理教授,副教授,教授。2014 2018 年在香港城市大学工作,任管理科学讲座教授。2018年进入复旦大学工作,任复旦大学特聘教授和管理学院弘毅讲席教 授。在Management Science Operations Research 等期刊发表论文五十余篇,承担国家自然科学基金和香港研资局项目十余 项,获得 INFORMSIISE 和中国运筹学会多项学术奖项。目前担任 INFORMS 仿真分会主席、中国管理现代化研究会风险管理专委会主任、中国运筹学会金融工程和金 融风险管理分会副理事长、Operations Research领域主编、Management Science 副主编等。 

朱旭峰教授:国家自然科学基金委杰出/优秀青年基金获得者、清华大学公共管理学院执行院长。2000年获清华大学环境工程学士学位,2005年获清华大学公共管理学博士/硕士学位; 2005年开始在南开大学周恩来政府管理学院工作,2010 年任教授、博士生导师;2012年开始任清华大学公共管理 学院教授,2015年起任首批长聘教授,2016年起担任副院长。研究方向主要包括政策过程理论、智库与专家参与、科技政策、气候与环境政策、转型与公共治理等。入选多项国家级人才计划和哈佛大学“燕京访问学者”计划(2008-2009 年)。曾获美国公共管理学会(ASPA)和国际比较政策分析论坛(ICPA-Forum)联合颁发的“2012 年度最佳比较政策论文奖”。兼任中国管理现代 化研究会公共管理专业委员会秘书长、中国软科学研究会常务理事;全国政策科学研究会常务理事、中国行政管理学会理事、Asian Journal of Political Science 地区主编、Perspectives on Public Management & Governance 创刊编委、Policy SciencesJournal of Contemporary ChinaJournal of Comparative Policy AnalysisPolicy Studies 等国际期刊编委,以及一些智库机构的学术委员会委员等职务。

[Teacher Introduction]

Dr. Subodha Kumar is the Paul R. Anderson Distinguished Chair Professor of Supply Chain, Marketing, Information Systems, and Statistical Science at Temple Universitys Fox School of Business. Prof. Kumar also serves as Director of the Fox Schools Center for Data Analytics.Prof. Kumar arrived at Fox after holding the Carol and G. David Van Houten Professorship at Texas A&M Universitys Mays Business School. He has held appointment at the University of Washington. He also holds a Changjiang Scholars Chair Professorship at the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in China and a Visiting Professorship at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. In addition, he is an Associate Member of the Graduate Faculty at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.His research interests include Healthcare Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Web Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Cybersecurity, Software Management, Data Quality and Data Mining, Sequencing and Scheduling. 

Dr. Jun Zhuang is Morton C. Frank Professor, Director of Graduate Studies, and Director of the Decision, Risk & Data Laboratory, Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) at the University at Buffalo (UB), the State University of New York (SUNY). Dr. Zhuang has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering in 2008 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Zhuang's long-term research goal is to integrate operations research, big data analytics, game theory, and decision analysis to improve mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery for natural and man-made disasters. Other areas of interest include applications to health care, sports, transportation, supply chain management, sustainability, and architecture. Dr. Zhuang has been a principal investigator of over 30 research grants funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), by the U.S. Department of Energy, by the U.S. Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR), and by the National Fire Protection Association . 

Liu Jeff Hong,Vice Dean of the School of Big Data, Fudan University, and Head of the Department of Management Science, School of Management. In 2004, he received his doctorate from Northwestern University. He worked at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2004 to 2014, successively serving as assistant professor, associate professor and professor. From 2014 to 2018, he worked in City University of Hong Kong as a chair professor of management science. He joined Fudan University in 2018 and served as a distinguished professor of Fudan University and Hongyi Chair Professor of School of Management. He has published more than 50 papers in such journals as Management Science and Operations Research, undertaken more than 10 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Hong Kong Research and Capital Council, and won many academic awards from INFORMS, IISE and the China Institute of Operations Research. At present, he is the chairman of INFORMS Simulation Branch, the director of Risk Management Special Committee of China Management Modernization Research Association, the vice chairman of Financial Engineering and Financial Risk Management Branch of China Operation Research Association, the chief editor of Operations Research, and the deputy chief editor of Management Science.

Xufeng Zhu,Winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund, Executive Dean of School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University. In 2000, he received a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from Tsinghua University and a doctor's/master's degree in public administration from Tsinghua University in 2005; He began to work in Zhou Enlai School of Government Management of Nankai University in 2005 and served as a professor and doctoral supervisor in 2010; He has been a professor of the School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University since 2012, the first batch of long-term professors since 2015, and vice president since 2016. Research directions mainly include policy process theory, think tanks and expert participation, science and technology policy, climate and environmental policy, transformation and public governance. He was selected into several national talent plans and Harvard University's "Yanjing Visiting Scholar" plan (2008-2009). He was awarded the "Best Comparative Policy Paper of 2012" jointly by the American Academy of Public Administration (ASPA) and the International Comparative Policy Analysis Forum (ICPA Forum). He is also the Secretary General of the Public Management Professional Committee of China Management Modernization Research Association and the Executive Director of China Soft Science Research Association; He is the executive director of the National Policy Science Research Association, the director of the Chinese Academy of Administration, the regional chief editor of the Asian Journal of Policy Science, the editorial board member of the founding journal of Perspectives on Public Management&Governance, the editorial board member of the Policy Sciences, Journal of Contemporary China, Journal of Comparative Policy Analysis, Policy Studies and other international journals, and the academic committee member of some think tanks.
