The School of Public Administration of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1999. In 2011, it was approved as a doctoral program in first-level discipline of public administration, and in 2012, it was approved as a post-doctoral research station in first-level discipline of public administration. Looking back at the past, predecessors endured hardships, cultivating elite management all over the world. Looking far into the future, we should firmly grasp the national security strategy, Northeast Revitalization strategy, digital economy strategy and transportation power strategy, so as to rejuvenate China by applying scientific and technology, and pursue the Chinese dream. Continue to explore game, optimization, simulation, empirical and big data technology, so as to boldly venture into no man's land in science. Our conquest is the sea of stars....
