【授课教师简介】

Sushil K. Gupta教授，POMS执委会主席，东北财经大学特聘教授，POMS中国暑期学校发起人之一。佛罗里达国际大学商学院信息系统及商业分析系教授。Sushil Gupta教授是他所在领域的知名研究者。他的研究兴趣包括生产调度、数学建模、计算机应用和教育管理。他曾在Management Science, IIE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Operational Research Society, Omega, Computers and Industrial Engineering, and Socio-Economic Planning Sciences等顶级专业期刊发表论文。他是“POMS -生产和运营管理软件”的合著者，这是由Allyn & Bacon为运营管理课程出版的软件包。Gupta博士于1987年被授予“FIU基金会卓越研究/奖学金”奖。1984- 1985年，他还被授予FIU工商管理学院的“杰出学术研究奖”。他获得的其他奖项包括在美国麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院从事研究工作的富布赖特奖学金;加拿大多伦多大学研究生工作获得联邦奖学金;以及因在MBA毕业班排名第一而获得的V.K.R.V. Subodha Kumar教授，POMS执委会副主席，POM执行主编，国家级人才称号获得者，东北财经大学特聘教授，POMS Fellow。Subodha Kumar博士是天普大学福克斯商学院市场营销和供应链管理Paul R. Anderson特聘教授。他同时在信息系统和统计科学领域任职。他还担任数据分析中心主任和运营和供应链管理博士集中顾问。他曾在德州农工大学梅斯商学院担任卡罗尔和G.大卫·范·豪顿教授。他是印度商学院(ISB)客座教授。此外，他还是北卡罗莱纳大学夏洛特分校研究生院的副成员。在2019年第30届POMS年度会议上，他被授予POMS Fellow。Subodha博士的研究和教学兴趣包括人工智能、机器学习、区块链、金融科技、供应链分析、医疗保健分析、社交媒体分析、零售分析、数字营销、网络安全、计量经济和分析建模、软件管理、项目管理、调度、组合优化和数据挖掘等。他在著名期刊和会议上发表了几篇论文。此外，他还出版了一本书，并与人合著了两本书章节，包括2个哈佛商学院案例和4个艾维商学院案例。他还拥有一项专利。Subodha博士是POM的副主编和部门编辑，以及Management and Business Review的副主编。他曾担任DS的高级编辑和ISR的副编辑。他是POMS 2018和DSI 2018的会议主席。此外，他还共同主持了2011年信息系统与技术(CIST)的INFORMS会议和2015年信息技术与系统(WITS)的第25届研讨会。

胡祥培教授，国家级人才称号获得者，国家杰出青年基金获得者，大连理工大学经济管理学院教授，浙江大学管理学院兼任教授。2006年入选国家级人才工程，2008年1月至2018年1月任大连理工大学研究生院常务副院长。2011年获国务院政府特殊津贴。2013年4月任教育部创新团队负责人，2015年1月开始任国家自然科学基金创新研究群体负责人，2017年任全国研究生院院长联席会轮值主席。国务院学位委员会第六和第七届学科评议组管理科学与工程组成员，第七届和第八届教育部科技委管理学部委员。发表论文200余篇。主要研究：智慧商务与物流管理、区块链与数智管理、智能运筹学与动态系统实时优化控制。

周忠良教授，西安交通大学公共政策与管理学院院长，西安交通大学领军学者、二级教授、博士生导师，研究方向为卫生政策、公共卫生应急管理。国家公共管理专业学位研究生教育（MPA）指导委员会委员，入选多个国家级人才计划。担任陕西省“三秦学者”创新团队首席专家、陕西高校青年创新团队首席专家，中国卫生经济学会青年委员会副主任委员、中国卫生经济学会第八届理事会理事等学术兼职。主持科研项目50余项，其中主持国家社科基金重大项目1项、国家自然科学基金3项、国际合作课题4项。在The Lancet、Health Economics、Health Policy、Social Science & Medicine等国内外高水平期刊发表论文100余篇；受邀担任4部国际期刊的编辑或编委，担任SCI一区期刊Frontiers in Public Health的客座主编。

Sushil K. Professor Gupta, Chairman of the POMS Executive Committee, Distinguished Professor of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and one of the sponsors of the POMS China Summer School. Professor of Information Systems and Business Analysis, Florida International University Business School. Professor Sushil Gupta is a well-known researcher in his field. His research interests include production scheduling, mathematical modeling, computer applications, and educational management. He had worked in the Management Science, IIE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Operational Research Society, Omega, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Top professional journals such as and Socio-Economic Planning Sciences publish their papers. He is the co-author of "POMS-Production and Operations Management Software," a software package published by Allyn & Bacon for Operations Management courses.

Professor Nagesh Murthy, Vice Chairman of the POMS Executive Committee-Global Initiative and Promotion, one of the sponsors of the POMS China Summer School. Department of Operations and Business Analysis, University of Oregon, Oregon MBA, Oregon EMBA, Sports Product Management, Center for Sustainable Business Practice, University of Oregon.Nagesh N. Murthy is a Roger Engemann Professor in the Department of Operations and Business Analysis at Lundquist Business School. His previous work experience included faculty positions at Michigan State University and Georgia Tech. He has served in administrative positions in Indian Railways and Sundaram Clayton, India Ltd. Dr. Nagesh has worked with principal administrators and faculty at Engineering Colleges in Oregon and Southwest Washington, major manufacturing companies in the Pacific Northwest, industry alliances, government, and nonprofit agencies to promote university-industry-government partnerships to enhance innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness in manufacturing in the region. He spearheaded a benchmarking study and proposed a blueprint for establishing the Northwest Sustainable Manufacturing Cooperative Laboratory (NWCSM).

 Professor Subodha Kumar, Vice Chairman of POMS Executive Committee, Executive Editor of POM, winner of national Talent Title, Distinguished Professor of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, POMS Fellow. Dr. Subodha Kumar is a Paul R in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Anderson Distinguished Professor. He also served in the fields of information systems and statistical sciences. He also serves as the Director of the Data Analysis Center and a PhD centralized consultant to Operations and Supply Chain Management. He has served at the Texas A & M Mays School of Business as both Carroll and G. Professor David Van Hauton. He is a visiting professor at the Indian Business School (ISB). 

 Professor Hu Xiangpei, winner of the title of National Talent, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, professor of the School of Economics and Management of Dalian University of Technology, and adjunct professor of the School of Management of Zhejiang University. In 2006, he was selected as the national candidate of the National New Century "One Million Talents Project". From January 2008 to January 2018, he became the executive vice President of the Graduate School of Dalian University of Technology. In 2011, he received a special government allowance from The State Council. In April 2013, he became the head of the Innovation team of the Ministry of Education, and since January 2015, he became the head of the Innovation research group of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In 2017, he became the rotating chairman of the Joint Conference of the National Graduate School. Member of the Management Science and Engineering Group of the Sixth and seventh Academic Degrees Committee of The State Council, and member of the Management Department of the 7th and 8th Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education. 

Professor Zhou Zhongliang, dean of the School of Public Policy and Management of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, is a leading scholar, second-level professor and doctoral supervisor of Xi' an Jiaotong University. His research interests are health policy and public health emergency management. Member of the National Public Administration Degree Graduate Education (MPA) Steering Committee, he was selected as the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program" for Philosophy and Social Sciences, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and the "Four Groups", the "Ten Thousand Talents Program" for Young Talents, and the "Changjiang Scholars Program" of the Ministry of Education. He is the chief expert of the innovation team of "Sanqin Scholars" in Shaanxi Province, the chief expert of Shaanxi University Youth Innovation Team, the vice chairman of the Youth Committee of China Health Economics Association, and the director of the eighth Council of China Health Economics Association. He has presided over more than 50 scientific research projects, including 1 major project of the National Social Science Foundation, 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 4 international cooperation projects.
